As the Senior Director of Customer Success at Hometown Quotes, she has led initiatives that empower insurance carriers and agents through innovative lead generation and client engagement strategies.
Paula holds a Doctorate in Professional Leadership and Practice, where her research explored the effectiveness of sales training programs during the COVID-19 pandemic—offering valuable insights into how businesses adapt and evolve under pressure.
Beyond her professional work, Paula serves as President of the Board for Endeavor Youth Recovery and is passionate about mentoring, learning, and traveling. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in authenticity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
